Here’s what’s going on in my life this week:
- Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred – if this doesn’t kill me it will definitely whip me into shape. There are three different workouts at three different levels. It’s recommended that you start at level 1, and I did, assuming I would easily complete the exercise. Umm…. I was wrong. Very wrong. The next day, I could hardly move my arms. And, my abs, ouch. A week into it, I’m actually doing better. It’s supposed to be done daily, but due to my stomach bug, I’m skipping a few days.
- Turbo Jam – yes, it’s tacky, and was on an infomercial (don’t judge) but it’s actually a really fun exercise. I usually combine one of the 30-day Shred workouts with the 20-min Turbo Jam.
- Parents and Kids Magazine – I’m working with the editor of this local magazine in planning her Disney vacation. You can check out the first installment here.
