#FitFriday – Lazy, Lazy, Lazy

This week in Fit Friday, I talk about how my lazy ass has barely moved off the couch….

Ugh.

On Saturday, I did 30 minutes of Your Shape.  I’ve been focusing primarily on cardio lately, and that’s worked out really well for me.

On Sunday, I had great intentions to run 5 miles.  Really, I did.  But I didn’t run.

Monday, I did 30 minutes of Your Shape – lots of work with the step bench, which was great.

Tuesday, I wanted to run, but it was raining.  The treadmill seemed so boring.

Wednesday, I did Jillian Michaels 30-day Shred (level 3).

Thursday, I was on TV and did nothing.

Friday, I did 30 minutes of Your Shape, and tried out Jillian Michael’s new Yoga Blast (which is awesome!)

Lesson learned – I need a goal.  I’m signing up for another half-marathon so I don’t turn into a lump on a log.
