#FitFriday – The Last Week of the Your Shape Challenge

Well, this is the final week of the Your Shape Challenge.  I do still have one more post to do – a healthy eating challenge which I’ll complete this weekend.  But, this is really it!

I didn’t really lose much weight – maybe 3 pounds total?  I had lost three at the beginning of the challenge, but then I gained them back right before the half-marathon and it’s taken until now to take them off.  But, I am pretty sure I lost inches – I now fit in my favorite jeans again, and feel slimmer.

As I’ve already mentioned, I’m planning on running another half-marathon in June.  In between my training days, I’m planning to do yoga, lift weights, and do Your Shape.  It’s something I am definitely going to continue to incorporate in my fitness.
