As I mentioned yesterday, I had one additional #yourshape challenge to complete – the healthy meals challenge. This week, we were challenged to purchase and cook a healthy meal for our family (no takeout allowed!).
Lately, I’ve really been taking a closer look at my diet – beyond the amount of calories I consume to the types of foods I eat. I’ve been inspired by the presentation from the CE-Yo of Stonyfield Yogurt, by watching Food Inc, by visiting Genesis Today and hearing Dr. Lindsey speak, and by reading Jillian Michael’s new book. So, each week, choosing our menu is challenging but fun!
